The jewelry need careful use and maintenance. They do not like sudden movements, blows and contact with chemicals. The vast majority of broken jewelry can be stuck. THE jewelry repair by gluing is done in two ways:
- Bonding with fire and adhesive. In this way jewelry is repaired more durable, with little or no stones. After gluing, the jewelry is polished again and the gluing is not visible.
- Laser gluing. The broken edges of the jewelry are glued with the help of a laser. In this way, delicate jewelry is repaired, with stones that are dangerous to break due to temperature (the laser does not raise the temperature of the jewelry), or with paints (enamel). As in the previous case, after gluing the jewelry is re-polished and the gluing is not visible.
Some jewelry however is extremely difficult or even impossible to repair
- Jewelry that has been almost completely destroyed.

- Jewelry with so much wear due to age that their repair becomes impossible
My jewelry… is black and / or has spots
The discoloration of the gold is usually superficial and does not affect the condition of your jewelry. Contact of jewelry with chemical elements (colognes, moisturizers or other cosmetic or medicated creams, especially those containing zinc, harsh cleaners and detergents or antiseptics) may affect the color of the gold and damage its gloss. Also, heavy sweating can also make spots on the glaze of your jewelry. The procedure is simple: the jewelry is cleaned with a special brush, the residues are removed and, if necessary, plating is done. Your jewelry will again be as if it just came out of the window!
My jewelry… lost a stone (or more)
The stones in the original, Golden jewelry are fastened with a technique called nailing and are not just glued. This means that the stones are not very likely to leave your jewelry without it being hit or dropped. In any case, the repair is undertaken by the nailer, who can re-nail the stone to its original position and / or fasten stones that seem likely to leave.

This can happen to jewelry that has been pressed too hard or hit on a hard surface. It most often occurs in rings and in constants bracelets. When the jewelry is solid (full), restoring the shape is a relatively simple process in which the jewelry is "worn" in a mold of a similar shape and regains its original shape. Shape restoration is almost impossible in hollow jewelry.
